LVIV.MEDIA is a news website about Ukraine and the Lviv region that was launched in August 2021. The project consists of the LVIV.MEDIA website, YouTube channel, Telegram channel, Facebook and Instagram pages.

Task

1. Increase the quantity and quality of traffic, the number of unique users, and the session duration.
2. Increase the number of followers from the Lviv region on the Facebook page, as it is the key source of traffic for the news website.
3. Increase the number of subscribers on Telegram and create a network of Telegram channels.

what we did

1. In October 2022, we rebranded the website, social media, and the YouTube channel.
2. We completely changed the technical side of the website, the SEO component, and the editorial processes.
3. We launched advertising campaigns on Facebook to boost awareness and increase the number of followers.
4. We created a promotion strategy for the LVIV.MEDIA Telegram channel and developed a regional network of Telegram channels.

1. Now LVIV.MEDIA is among the top 3 Lviv news websites according to SimilarWeb.
2. The number of Facebook followers is 122,000.
3. Before our collaboration, it had 627 followers.
4. The number of subscribers on Telegram is 18,500. Before our involvement, there were 315 subscribers.We created a regional network of Telegram channels.
